Making the Long Journey ...Down Under
The HAT show will now be carefully packed up into crates and placed inside a shipping container..... to make a 10,500 mile (16,936 kilometres) journey by sea to Adelaide.

Situated in an Urban Splash unit, Timber Wharf, in the Castlefield District, the Manchester HAT show was a huge success...... see the opening pics here... and see the educational programme here. Thanks to all the artists who made a fantastic contribution.

It's been a year since the last post.... (thanks to Christian for reminding us) during which time the UK Tour has been making it's way around the country. The exhibition closed in Blackpool recently and we hope to have a Manchester showing before it's all packed up and shipped off to Adelaide in time to open at the Jam Factory on 31st January 2005.... more info about the Australian Tour by clicking here..... information is still coming in.... so check back later. Australian Visit Report
The studio visits to artists resident in Australia have been completed. Thank you to all concerned for making things run so smoothly. The site will be updated over the next few days with news and images from the visits. Those artists currently resident in the UK will be visited over the next few weeks.
