Project Management
The HAT: Here And There Project will be managed by A Fine Line. A Fine Line is an organisation set up by Barney Hare Duke, arts consultant and Jeremy Theophilus and Linda Theophilus, of the Theophilus Partnership.
A Fine Line will:
- Set up the project
- Secure partnerships with hosts, UK and overseas
- Fundraise, and financially manage the project
- Establish the residency opportunities
- Manage the artists’ selection process
- Co-ordinate the residency programme
- Oversee the management of the individual residencies
- Broker partnerships between hosts and between hosts and artists
- Support the development of exhibitions commissions, further residencies etc.
- Set up and run the HAT Week
- Facilitate the development of the HAT artist network
- Organise and facilitate seminars, networking and informal critical dialogues between the HAT artists whilst on their residencies
- Manage the documentation and evaluation of the residencies
- Commission and manage the HAT website
- Author, commission content, edit, publish and distribute the HAT Book
