Cooco's Den
A beautiful old building in the old city, owned by artist Iqbal Hussein, with a restaurant on the split level roof. Inside are many and various antique artefacts collected from around Asia - statues from temples and churches, carved doors, lantern holders, furniture.
Food is cooked on charcoal grills at street level and hauled up to the roof in a metal bowl attached to a red rope.
They light hundreds of tiny oil lamps at night.
